Terms and Conditions of Supply

1. All goods must be paid for in full at point of ordering unless otherwise agreed by management and a final payment date set. Where balances remain outstanding goods will be returned or reassigned.
2. In cases of cancellation all monies are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Once goods have been paid for in full and are an order placed, cancellation will not be possible and any outstanding monies will remain due.
4. Description of colour guidelines are for a general idea only (please note colours vary from batch to batch). Swatches do not guarantee exact colour match to orders received.
5. L'amour Bridal does not accept responsibility for the bride/bridesmaid, who cannot adhere to acceptable fitting dates and who cannot, for whatever reason attend for fittings when contacted to do so. - (you are responsible)
6. L'amour Bridal has the right to levy a charge of £8.00 to any bride/bridesmaid who cancels or fails to attend a pre-arranged fitting appointment without 24 hours prior notification of cancellation.
7. L'amour Bridal does not accept responsibility for customer weight loss or gain after body measurements are taken at time of order. - (you are responsible)
8. All garments are supplied as standard size and length and all alterations are charged seperately. Gowns bought off the peg are not made to measure.
9. Clients choosing to order a gown sized other then that advised and recommended by L'amour do so at their own risk - (you are responsible)
10. Underwear and shoes which will be worn on the wedding day must be worn at every fitting, otherwise gowns are not guaranteed to fit correctly - (you are responsible)
11. All garments are checked and inspected before leaving L'amour Bridal premises. We cannot accept responsibility for broken zips or any marks etc. on the gown after collection.
12. Upon final collection from the L'amour premises the buyer shall promptly inspect the goods for any defect in the quality and quantity or condition of the goods or the failure of the goods to correspond with specification: and shall notify L'amour Bridal of any claim for such defect within 24 hours of collection.
13. At the final collection if L'amour Bridal in it's sole discretion, determines that any claim is valid before goods leave L'amour Bridal premises, L'amour Bridal shall be entitled to replace or repair goods (or the part in question) free of charge, or at L'amour Bridal's sole discretion, to refund the buyer the price of the goods or proportional part of the price, issued as a credit note against any further invoice raised, and L'amour Bridal shall have no further liability.
14. Delivery shall be specified under each category and whilst every effort is made to maintain delivery schedule, unfortunately events beyond our control, may mean longer deliver times. In this instance every effort will be made to notify the buyer. At this time L'amour Bridal upholds the right to deliver a dress 12 hours prior to a given wedding date and shall not accept cancellation of goods.
15. Clients wishing to pay for goods by credit card will be charged an additional 1.8%on the cost of the transaction.
16. Clients wishing to pay by credit card must note our minimum spend is £50.00.
17. Due to hygeine all bikinis and underwear etc. are non refundable.
18. Any items purchased that have been customised must be paid for in full at point of order and are non refundable, please allow 28days for customisation of goods.
19. Customers wishing to pay for goods on payment plan will be informed if their chosen items will be discontinued, as soon as we have been advised by the manufacturer. Goods must still be paid for in full before point of order.
20. Clients wishing to make a final payment by cheque must pay for goods a minimum of seven days prior to collection date.
21. All goods must be collected a minimum of 72 hours before the given wedding date.
22. All alterations are charged seperately and not included in the price of the goods. Please see relevant price list.

24. Clients paying for goods via the payment plan are advised that if any manufacturers increase their prices before the final balance is settled in full, they will be required to pay the additional amount.
